Amber Stead, CPA
Founder & Principal
Amber is a CPA and financial leader with experience spanning accounting operations, financial reporting, systems implementation, nonprofit finance, and executive financial leadership.
Throughout her career, she has worked with organizations at very different stages — from small businesses and churches building their financial infrastructure to complex organizations managing significant growth and change. That experience shaped the philosophy behind Hive: organizations deserve financial support that is both technically strong and genuinely useful, from a partner who takes the time to understand their business.
Amber brings a practical, hands-on approach. She enjoys untangling complicated accounting issues, working with teams, building better processes, and translating financial information into something leaders can actually use to make decisions.
